What Is Eyebrow Threading?
Eyebrow threading (also called brow threading or thread hair removal) shapes your brows with a twisted cotton thread. The loop glides over the skin, catches several hairs at once, and lifts them out from the root: no wax on the skin, no plucking one hair at a time, and it works on any hair thickness, color, or length as long as the hair is visible.

First time here? Tell us about past threading and the shape you like. On a New Shape visit we map your brows first: we draw the shape on, so you see it before we start.
The threading, During your visit
We cleanse the area with a toner so the pores stay clean. Then your esthetician twists a cotton thread into a loop and glides it over small sections of skin, catching several hairs at a time and lifting them from the root.
Finish and aftercare, Next 48 hours
We trim any longer hairs with scissors to finish the shape, then apply a soothing aloe gel or calming cream and SPF. Skip makeup for the rest of the day if you can. If you have been threaded before, makeup is fine as long as your brushes are clean. Keep harsh products off the area for 48 hours.

Does eyebrow threading hurt? A little, for a moment. Every pass of the thread catches several hairs at once, so the whole brow takes minutes and any redness fades fast. Clients who have tried the alternatives tell us threading is close to painless.
Can I combine eyebrow threading with other brow services? Yes. A brow tint pairs threading with a semi-permanent dye that gives the hairs more color: +$20, 10 minutes, add it when you book. We usually match the tint to the roots of the hair on your head, but your preference always wins. If hair dye has bothered your skin before, tell us before you add the tint.
Is eyebrow threading better than waxing? Often it comes down to preference: neither method is better for everyone. We do recommend threading over wax if your skin is acne-prone or sensitive, or if you use retinoids, because no wax touches the skin.
Can I wear makeup after eyebrow threading? Skip it for the rest of the day if you can: how much hair we removed and how reactive your skin is both play a part. If you have been threaded before and know how your skin behaves, makeup is fine as long as your brushes are clean, so nothing gets into the open pores.
