Violetta is absolutely amazing. I have been seeing her for a few years now and she has completely transformed my skin. She is so thorough and knowledgeable. I don’t trust anyone but her with my face or lashes. I drive 2+ hours every 4 weeks just to see her for a facial. Her and her staff have also done lash tint/lifts for me and they have been absolutely perfect each time. I cannot recommend Violetta and Beauty Republic enough! I am a forever customer!

What Is a Lash Lift and Tint?
A lash lift (also called a lash lamination, eyelash perm, or keratin lash lift) curls your natural lashes from the root, so they look longer and more open without extensions. The tint darkens them for a mascara-like finish. It works especially well on straight or downward-pointing lashes and lasts 6–8 weeks.

One 60-minute visit gives you:
- Subtle, natural finish
- Darker, defined lashes
- Hassle-free mornings

Lash Lift vs Extensions
Two ways to upgrade your lashes. Here is how they compare on cost, upkeep, and daily life.
| Lash Lift + Tint | Lash Extensions | |
|---|---|---|
| First visit | $95, tint included | $175+ |
| Upkeep | $95 refresh every 6–8 wks | $85–$165 fill every 2–3 wks |
| Yearly cost | $570–$760* | ~$1,400–$4,300* |
| Time in chair | 60 min | 2–3 hrs set, 60–90 min fill |
| Daily life | Anything goes after 24 hrs | No oil products, no rubbing, dry 24 hrs after each fill |
| Your natural lashes | Stay as they are, curled and tinted | Bear glue + extra weight; need care to stay healthy |
| The look | Defined and darker, still natural | Added length and volume |
| Best for | Low-upkeep natural look, every day | Maximum volume and length |
*Upkeep only, first visit not included; extension fills every 2–3 wks at $85–$165. Not sure? We offer both and will help you choose at your consultation.
Your 60 Minutes
Before you arrive
At home
Come makeup-free: mascara oils weaken the lift.
Skip coffee for 2 hours before: calmer eyes under the shields.
Take your contacts out. We have cases and solution if you need them.

Quick consult
5 min
Tell us if you have had a lift before and what you liked or did not. The whole process takes about 60 minutes, with your eyes closed the entire time.

The lift and tint
45 min, eyes closed
We cover your bottom lashes with hydrogel pads and set the top lashes on a silicone rod sized to your lash length. Then we apply the lifting solution, the setting solution, and the tint.

Aftercare
Next 24 hours
Keep your lashes dry for 24 hours: no shower steam, pool, sauna, makeup, or oil-based products. After that, gentle daily brushing is all it takes. A conditioning serum such as Revitalash is optional.

Is a Lash Lift Right for You?
A lash lift is for you if
- Your lashes are straight, short, or point downward
- Your lashes are light: the tint finally makes them show
- You want to skip daily mascara and the lash curler
- You are done with extension fills and want your own lashes back
Not the right fit if
- Your eyes are red, itchy, or not at their best right now
- You had an eye procedure in the last 3–6 months
- You had a lash lift in the last 4 weeks
- You wear extensions now (they come off first; most of the time no break is needed)
- Your lashes are very short (about 4 mm or less) or very sparse
- You have had an allergic reaction to lift or tint products before
- You want your lashes longer or fuller: that is what extensions are for

What Our Clients Say About Us
Pulled straight from our Google reviews: real clients, in their own words.
Frequently Asked Questions
How long does a lash lift and tint last? With proper aftercare, the curl typically lasts 6 to 8 weeks, and some clients go as long as 8 to 10. Our lashes renew naturally: as a lifted lash sheds, a new one grows in its place, so the effect softens gradually rather than disappearing overnight. Booking a refresh every 6 to 8 weeks keeps the curl and tint looking their best.
Is a lash lift the same as a lash lamination? Yes. Lash lift, lash lamination, and eyelash perm are different names for the same treatment: your natural lashes are lifted from the root and set into a natural-looking curl. Adding a tint darkens them for a mascara-like effect without daily makeup.
Does a lash lift damage my natural lashes? No. A lash lift works with your natural growth cycle. We choose the rod size and processing time for your specific lashes, so they stay healthy. Unlike extensions, there is no added weight or adhesive pulling on the lash. Following the 24-hour aftercare and gentle daily brushing keeps them in great shape.
Does a lash lift hurt? Not at all. Your eyes stay closed the entire time while soft silicone shields rest on your eyelids. Most clients find it so relaxing they doze off. If anything ever feels uncomfortable, tell us and we will adjust right away.
Is the tint gentle on the eyes? Yes. The tint is formulated for use around the eye area, and your eyes stay closed the entire time. Everyone is different, so we offer an optional patch test for extra peace of mind.
Can I get the lift without the tint? Yes. Lash Lift only is the same $95. Pick the "no tint" option when you book, or tell us at your consultation. The tint is included free, so most clients keep it.
Can I get a lash lift and tint while pregnant? Product guidance varies for pregnancy and breastfeeding, so let us know before booking. We will talk it through at your consultation and advise what is right for your case.
Can I still wear mascara after a lash lift? Absolutely. It can make the results of your lift even more pronounced. We recommend waiting 24 hours before getting your eyes wet and applying any makeup. After that, you can wear mascara. Just make sure to remove it at the end of the day and do not rub your eyes.
Can I get a lash lift and tint if I have short lashes? Yes. Shorter lashes still benefit from a lift and tint, though the curl shows less than on longer lashes. A lift only enhances what you have. If you want added length or volume, extensions are the better fit.
Can I use lash serums before or after the treatment? Yes. Start a conditioning serum 24 hours after the service and use it daily: it keeps lashes hydrated and helps the result last. If you use a growth serum, read the product's guidance before you start.
