What is the key to healthy and glowing skin? Regular facials and professional skincare. All of our professional facial treatments begin with a skin analysis, during which our esthetician will discuss your concerns, talk about home-care routine and pick the most effective care plan, based on your skin type. Your facial treatment will begin with a clean wrap to change into and give you time to get situated in our comfortable chair. We’ll analyze your skin and ask appropriate questions. This will help us to decide the steps of your specific skin treatment and recommend a home care regimen.
With light facial massage strokes we will gently remove your makeup and any product residue. We will ask if your skin is sensitive and if you have any allergies.
We will use an enzyme or a peel to remove build up of dead skin cells. This is a signature step of any facial.
Least comfortable but a crucial part of any skin treatment. We will use specific tools or simply our fingers to clean your pores from comedones. You will feel pressure but you should tell our esthetician immediately if it is too uncomfortable.
Masks can have many functions. Whether it is for hydrating or brightening purposes or to simply soothe the skin after the extractions. It is often the last and the most relaxing step.
We will let you change and get ready with some tea or coffee (if you’d like). Your esthetician will get ready with a product recommendation for your home care routine. Remember, skincare is only 20% facials and 80% home care regiment.

How long will it take to see results from a facial treatment? It depends on many factors and results vary from person to person. Some are seen right away (such as improved hydration and tone), but others will take time (such as acne or pigmentation). To achieve the best results we highly recommend regular facials (every 4-6 weeks).
Is there any downtime after a facial procedure? Typically, any redness after exfoliation or extractions subsides within 24–48 hours. We recommend scheduling a facial no less than 3 days before a big event. However, we can pick a more gentle option if you’d like some last-minute glow!
Are facial treatments safe for sensitive skin? Most of the time, yes. For sensitive skin, we don’t use strong peels and only use gentle products. In our experience, DMK Enzyme Therapy is most suitable for sensitive or reactive skin.
How do I prepare for my facial procedure? There’s nothing specific you need to do. Try to avoid caffeine right before your service, and if you can, remove your makeup before coming (not necessary though!). If you’d like our opinion on your current products, take a picture of them and we’ll discuss it during the consultation.
Can I wear makeup after facial care? We don’t recommend wearing makeup right away. We like to suggest that you let your skin “breathe.” But you can if you have to. Most important is that you apply your makeup with a clean brush and clean hands.
