What Is Eyebrow Waxing?
Eyebrow waxing (also called a brow wax or brow cleanup) removes the stray hairs around your natural shape from the root. For eyebrows we use hard wax only: it grips the hair, not the skin, so it is the gentler choice for the delicate skin around the brows. The whole visit takes 15 minutes and the shape stays clean for several weeks. It is also an easy upkeep service if you have permanent brow makeup.
Put the tweezers away
One 15-minute visit gives you:
- A clean, defined shape with slower regrowth.
- A lifted look that opens up your eyes
- An easy add-on to any other service

Your 15 Minutes
Before you arrive
At home
Pause retinol, chemical peels, benzoyl peroxide, and other exfoliants for 48 hours before your visit.
Pleease arrive with no makeup when possible.

Cleanse and prep
2 min
We remove makeup and product residue, then check the wax temperature for your comfort. Please let us know whether you exfoliated recently or use any medications that make your skin more sensitive.

Mapping the shape
2 min
We follow your natural brow map and remove only the hair that sits outside your shape and arch. Want more taken off? Just say so. Our default is never more than a clean shape needs.

The wax
5 min
Wax goes on with the direction of growth and comes off against it, with gentle pressure on the skin each time. We go over the same spot at most twice, so the skin stays calm.

Tweezers, if needed
3 min, optional
A few hairs may be too short or too fine for the wax to grip, so we tweeze them at the end. Tweezers are disinfected after every client. Not a fan? We skip this step.

Mirror check and finish
3 min
You get a mirror and a walkthrough of what we removed and why. Want a bit more off? We do it now. A calming toner and a cream or SPF finish the service.

Aftercare
Next 48 hours
Keep the brow area clean and avoid rubbing or picking. If it feels warm or tender, gently hold a clean, cool compress against it. Wash with lukewarm water and a gentle cleanser, then pat dry. Use a light, fragrance-free moisturizer if needed. Skip brow makeup, hot showers, saunas, and sweaty workouts for the first 24 hours. Keep scrubs, exfoliating acids, and retinol off the waxed area for at least 48 hours and until the skin feels calm. Protect it from sun with shade and SPF 30+. If redness or swelling lasts more than two days, contact a dermatologist.

What Our Clients Say About Us

Frequently Asked Questions
How long will my eyebrow waxing last? About 2-4 weeks. The hair comes out from the root, so regrowth is slower, but hairs grow in different stages and a few surface earlier than the rest. A visit every 3-4 weeks catches them at the right length for the wax to grip.
Can I get brow waxing if I have sensitive skin? Usually, yes. We use hard wax made for the delicate skin around the brows: it grips the hair, not the skin. If your skin has reacted to hair removal before, or you have active acne in the area, brow threading might be the better option.
Can I wear makeup after eyebrow waxing? Skip it for the rest of the day. Waxing lifts the top layer of skin and makeup can carry bacteria into the pores. If you must, apply it with clean hands or freshly cleaned tools.
How soon can I get brow waxing after a facial? Right away: book both in the same visit. It is a common combo. We cleanse, wax the brows, then start the facial and keep the exfoliating steps off the freshly waxed area. Everything else stays the same.
Can I get eyebrow waxing if I have recently used a retinol product? Wait 48 hours. Retinol, chemical peels, benzoyl peroxide, and other exfoliants thin the skin on purpose, and wax on thinned skin can leave it red and sore. Pause them for at least 48 hours before your visit and resume 48 hours after.
Will brow waxing help with unruly hair? Waxing removes the strays for a clean, polished shape, and we can trim longer hairs in the same visit. If the hairs themselves are thick and grow in every direction, brow lamination is the better fit: it softens and sets the hairs so they stay in place.
