What to Expect During Your Appointment
During the consultation we discuss your previous experience with lash extensions, your expectations on how you'd like your lashes to look. Feel free to share ideas and pictures of what you have in mind so we can create a perfect style just for you.
Your lash line will be cleansed to remove all the makeup residue. Then we will use special solutions like primer to ensure the perfect bond between your existing lash and the extension fan for better retention. We will also isolate your bottom lashes with gel pads.
We will take a hand-made fan of 2-4 lightweight extensions, separate your natural lashes, dip the base of the fan in the adhesive and attach it to your own lash. We will repeat this process until all the natural eyelashes are filled.

Our eyelashes grow and fall. This is called a growth cycle. You will lose extensions when your own lashes naturally fall. In 2 weeks most clients notice a fall-out of 30-50%, by week 3-4 it is about 60-70% of your extensions. That’s why it is important to come in for touch-ups if you’d like to keep your lashes full.
Yes, it is perfect for everyday wear. You can get them so you always look good during your business meetings, do not worry about runny mascara in a pool or gym or running errands and picking up kids from play dates. They are also great for vacation - where you want something a little extra without too much hassle.
Most mascaras contain oils and oils do not go well with the ingredients in the glue. Not only does it make the eyelashes hard to clean, but it can also cause discomfort. Additionally, it makes the extensions slide right off your natural lash which affects the retention and the look. Even if mascara is labeled as "safe for eyelash extensions" you should still refrain from using it.
For the first 24 hours try to not get them wet. This ensures the proper polymerization of ingredients in the adhesive and ensures longer retention. Anything you use around your eyes should be oil-free: eye cream, foundation, eyeliner. You should carefully wash your lashes with a gentle shampoo even if you don’t wear any make-up.
You should never pull, cut, or attempt to remove your extensions at home. The bond between your real lashes and your extensions is strong. It can only be removed with a special solution in a professional setting. Ripping the lashes off may cause permanent damage to your hair follicles. Please note, coconut oil/massage cream/castor oil will NOT remove the extensions and may irritate the delicate skin around your eyes.
If you experienced a severe allergic reaction - swollen, red eyes that required doctor's attention then we recommend not getting the extensions again. The main ingredient in the glue is cyanoacrylate and unfortunately if you develop an allergy there is a high chance you will develop it again. We recommend getting an eyelash lift and tint instead or look at LED lash extensions.
