How long do lash extensions take to apply? Plan on 90 minutes for a Classic full set and 105 for Volume. Extensions are applied to one natural lash at a time, with your eyes closed. A Lash Fill takes 75 minutes for Classic and 90 for Volume, a New Client or 3+ Week Fill 90, and a 1-Week Mini Fill 30.

Do lash extensions hurt? No. You lie back with your eyes closed the whole time while each extension is placed on a single natural lash, never on the skin. Many clients rest or doze off. If anything feels uncomfortable, tell your artist and they will adjust right away.

Who will do my lashes? A licensed and certified lash artist from our team. Our artists keep training on new techniques, and they check your natural lashes before choosing a length, curl and weight for your set.

How long do eyelash extensions last? Each extension stays on until the natural lash under it sheds, so the set thins out gradually rather than all at once. A Lash Fill every 2–3 weeks keeps it looking full. How quickly it thins depends on your natural growth cycle, the look, and your aftercare.

How do I look after my extensions? Keep them dry for the first 24 hours, and wait 24–48 hours before swimming or a sauna. Clean them daily with an oil-free lash cleanser, rinse gently and brush with a clean spoolie once dry. Skip mascara and lash curlers, and come to fills without eye makeup: we may not be able to fill a set with mascara residue. Don’t rub, pull or pick at the lash line. If an extension bothers you or the set sheds unusually early, contact the salon.

What if I do not know which lash style to book? Choose Classic for natural definition, or Volume (hybrid / light volume) for a fuller, softer lash line. Then pick a look: Natural, Wispy, Cat eye, Doll eye or Wet look, or choose Artist's choice and we will suggest one at your appointment. Not sure? Book Classic.

How do I book Wispy lash extensions? Book a Classic or Volume full set and choose Wispy as your look. Wispy uses longer spikes over a shorter base to create texture. The price and appointment time follow the fullness you choose.

Do I need a fill or a new full set? A fill works with the extensions you still have. Up to 3 weeks after your last fill or full set, with at least half your lashes left: book a Lash Fill. Only a few gaps within 7 days: book a 1-Week Mini Fill. New to us, or more than 3 weeks since your last fill, with at least half your lashes left: book a New Client or 3+ Week Fill. Less than half left: a new full set is the better option.

Who should not get lash extensions? Wait if your eyes are currently red, itchy or inflamed. Tell us before booking if you have reacted to lash adhesive before. If you have had an eye procedure, check with your treating clinician about when cosmetic lash services are appropriate. Adhesive reactions can occur, and persistent irritation needs medical advice.

Do extensions damage your natural lashes? The weight and application of the extensions matter. We choose lightweight extensions for your natural lashes and isolate each lash during application. Avoid pulling extensions off at home. Tell us if your lashes feel uncomfortable, and book professional removal when you want the set taken off.

Do you still offer Russian or Mega Volume? No. Our fullest set is now Volume (hybrid / light volume). If you wore Russian Volume before, book Volume and bring a photo of the look you like: your artist will get as close as your natural lashes allow.

What is your cancellation policy? Please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment. Changes made with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged 50% of the scheduled service.
