Whether it is your first-time or you are a frequent waxer, we’d love to know! It affects the duration of the treatment and we can predict how your skin will react to the waxing hair removal service.
Pre-Wax Prep
Depending on the area, we might ask you to change into a wrap for maximum comfort. Skin prep includes a toner that removes any skincare products, and oils from your skin.
The Process
We apply the wax in the direction of a hair growth and remove it against it. After the hair is removed, our waxing specialist applies gentle pressure with a gloved hand to calm the skin. We use both hard and soft waxes to ensure we can choose the best product for your skin and hair.
Post-Wax Care
We remove any residue and apply a calming toner or lotion if need be. In some cases, especially if this is your first-time, we will apply cool compresses to help soothe the areas of wax application.

Is body waxing painful? It truly depends on a person’s pain tolerance. Most people find it is a fairly comfortable procedure, especially on non-sensitive areas, such as legs and arms. The Brazilian area is not completely painless (it’s done in the area with lots of nerve endings) and can sometimes be unpleasant, but with correct breathing exercises and speedy technique, it is easily tolerable.
Is body waxing safe for sensitive skin? Yes, we use gentle wax that is suitable to use even on the most delicate skin. However, any hair removal service may cause temporary redness or irritation. Also, If your skin is sensitive due to some medications, recent sunburn, or harsh exfoliation, we recommend waiting until your skin heals.
How do I prepare for my appointment? It is ideal to shower before your appointment to remove all the skincare products and natural oils from the surface. We will do the rest. If this is a repeat service, we recommend using a scrub a few days before your appointment to help prevent ingrown hairs.
Can I work out or go swimming after body waxing? We generally recommend waiting 24 hours before working out, using a sauna, or pool. When followed, this simple precaution will help avoid any discomfort and irritation. Waiting 24 hours before resuming those activities also helps prevent bacteria introduction to the area that was recently waxed.
