We step out while you undress to your comfort level and remove jewelry. We work one area at a time, while other parts of the body are covered with a sheet for privacy and comfort.
Support healthy drainage at home with plenty of water, leafy greens, and fiber. Yoga, stretching, walking, or swimming help too. Avoid coffee, soda, alcohol, and heavy meals.
Even one session can help with circulation. For best results, we recommend weekly sessions for 6–8 weeks, then maintenance monthly sessions.

Lymphatic Drainage is a gentle form of massage focusing only on the lymphatic system - the vital part of your immune system. The goal is to move the lymph fluid and promote healthy blood circulation. It works by stimulating the lymph nodes to release the extra water and then, with gentle pressure, we can stimulate your body to naturally remove that extra liquid.
Yes. Deep tissue massage mostly focuses on muscle tension and helps relieve pain in the body due to physical activities. Great for muscle soreness and speeding up recovery. During lymph massage, the skilled esthetician stimulates fluid movement, by using a very light pressure to stretch the skin. It doesn’t do much for athletic purposes but supports general wellness.
Most of the time, even if you don’t see the results, it is not harmful and feels nice. Who should not get a lymphatic drainage massage? Clients with:
Acute infections
Thrombosis or deep vein thrombosis
Congestive heart failure
Kidney failure
Active cancer or malignant tumors
Acute inflammation or high fever

No, this is generally a very relaxing experience. You will feel very gentle pressure and vibrations of the roller massage. Most people drift off to sleep in such a calm environment.
We encourage you to check with your OB-GYN before getting any treatment. And when you do, only seek treatment from someone with training in prenatal care. We do not recommend getting EndoLuxx during pregnancy or breastfeeding. However, once you no longer breastfeed, this treatment can be very relaxing and beneficial in post-partum recovery.
The first 24 hours after treatment, you may notice increased urination as your body gets rid of excess water. Mild fatigue and sleepiness are also normal since your body goes through a natural detoxification. The advice is as old as the technique itself: drink water and rest.
